GIC Staff Awarded in ITU Kaleidoscope Conference

GIC staff, Biplov Bhandari won the Young Author Recognition Award at the 8th ITU Kaleidoscope Academic Conference held in Bangkok, Thailand in November 2016. Further, their paper titled “Intricacies of implementing an ITU-T X.1303 cross-agency situational-awareness platform in Maldives, Myanmar, and the Philippines” Awarded as the Best Paper by the committee. The paper was co-authored by Biplov Bhandari, Angga Bayu Marthafifsa, Manzul Kumar Hazarika, Francis Boon, Lutz Frommberger and Nuwan Waidyanatha
