Profile
Swun started off with geoinformatics and its integration to remote sensing based environmental geological researches during his bachelor’s degree. Gradually, it leads him to a great interest in environmental and sustainability issues using EO data. He joined GIC as an intern for two months, and he’s currently working in the agricultural sector, indulging in geospatial programming and geospatial analyses.
Qualifications
- 2021 – M.Sc. in Remote Sensing and GIS at the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand
- 2018 – B.Sc. (Hons.) Geology at the University of Yangon, Myanmar
