Spatial Data Analysis Including Drought & Water Extent Mapping

Geoinformatics Center (GIC) in collaboration with Mekong River Commission (MRC) organized a training program on Spatial Data Analysis Including Drought and Water Extent Mapping. The training was conducted at Pathumwan Princess Hotel, Bangkok from 18th to 19th August 2014. About 20 participants from MRC member countries namely Cambodia, Lao-PDR, Thailand and Vietnam attended the training.

The topics on Basic Remote Sensing and Its Applications, MODIS Products, Usage of MRT Software, Application of GSMaP & KBDI etc., were covered in the training program.
