JAXA MP 2014 Phase-I – Cambodia
Geoinformatics Center (GIC) conducted a three day workshop on Utilization of Remote Sensing and GIS for Agriculture Monitoring in Cambodia from 15th to 17th September, 2014. This activity was conducted as Phase I of JAXA sponsored Miniproject 2014 in Cambodia. Department of Planning and Statistics, Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry, Cambodia were selected as the local organizers for this event.
There were about 25 participants from various agencies such as National Committee for Disaster Management(NDCD), Ministry of Land Management and Urban Planning and Construction(MLMUPC), Ministry of Environment(MOE), General Department of Agriculture(GDA), Forest Administration(FA), Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries(MAFF), Cambodia National Mekong Committee(CNMC).
